KLIZAVI unkonwn folder in my phone memory card

Hi,

There is a unknown folder in my phone's memory card known as KLIZAVI.

This folder contains sapun.exe and desktop.ini.
These contents get copied to any external USB drive I connect to my machine.

Please help in getting rid from this.
