
Is PC133U RAM the same as PC133 RAM

The 'U' is usually used in the part number to signify that the module is of the 'Unbuffered' type, which is what the vast majority of PCs use. So in answer to your question, yes they are the same. It's just that most people refer to it without the 'U'.
