Can't shut down computer!

I have a little problem with my computer, can't remember when it started but when i try to shut down my computer (Start --> Shut down computer) it shots down normally but it just restarts and I have to press the power button on my computer to shut down my computer... so this is not that bad but it would be nice to fix it :tazz:
