microsoft is worst than a automated phone service
i went from web page to page back to same page but
finally found something i think so i left request for hot fix
and the cleaner i hope it works i look from time to time
time will tell hot fix would nice tho stand a better chance
couldnt load drivers from lex mark
probably cuz of service pack 1 then loaded service pack 2
but i think you knew that.

The drivers from Lexmark should load, though maybe best to wait for the cleaner and the hotfix
Did you install another make of printer, if yes, then no need to re-install Lexmark

If you are in the US you can use the Epson UK site which has e-talk so you chat online with their technician, you need to do this between 4 am
and 11-45 am

Click start then run, type regedit then press enter, click file, click export, name the file, note where it is saved to (documents), click save, the hourglass should show / spin for a while, once complete, open my documents, the file will look like this with the name you gave it,
[attachment=8477:attachment]
right click an empty part of my documents, click new, click folder, create a folder and then move the registry file in to the folder
