Process File: helpsvc.exe
Process Name: Microsoft Helpsvc
Description: helpsvc.exe help service for Windows 2000 and later. This process initiates a pop-up screen whenever you press the help button

I don't remember I have such thing in my WindowsXP. How is it builded?
If I decide to stop it, what I should do?
