You're Welcome! :whistling:

* If I had you use Killbox to delete any files, go ahead and delete the C:\!Killbox folder then empty the Recycle Bin.

* Check this out for info on how to tighten your security settings and some good free tools to help prevent this from happening again.

* Go to Windows update and install all "High Priority Updates".

* Now turn off System Restore:

On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
Check Turn off System Restore.
Click Apply, and then click OK.

Restart your computer, turn System Restore back on and create a restore point.

To create a restore point:

Single-click Start and point to All Programs.
Mouse over Accessories, then System Tools, and select System Restore.
In the System Restore wizard, select the box next the text labeled "Create a restore point" and click the Next button.
Type a description for your new restore point. Something like "After trojan/spyware cleanup". Click Create and you're done.

Any files in C:\System_Volume_Information are in System Restore. If you followed the last directions I gave you to turn off System Restore then turn it back on and create a restore point, this should have taken care of any files that were there. Turning off System Restore clears all old restore points thereby deleting all file that were there.

Did you do that?

Did you put a check by Turn off System Restore then
Click Apply, and then click OK?

If so you then need to restart your computer, turn System Restore back on and create a restore point.

To turn System Restore back on you right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
This time remove the check Turn off System Restore.
Click Apply, and then click OK.

Either you're not following my directions or I don't understand what you are saying or doing at all. I'm going to post all this again and try to make it all clearer for you. In turn I want you to respond to tell me eaxactly what you could or could not do in detail. Please don't make general statements. Say it clearly with all the details included.

This is exactly what you need to do. I am going to add more details this time.

1: Turn off System Restore:

On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click "Properties".
Click the "System Restore" tab.
Put a check by A "Turn off System Restore on all drives".
Click B "Apply", and then click C "OK".

Restart your computer.

Now you have to go back and turn System Restore back on before you can use it to create a restore point. To turn it back on you go back through the same process as before, but this time you remove the check by "Turn off System Restore on all drives".

To turn System Restore back on:

On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click "Properties".
Click the "System Restore" tab.
Remove the check by D "Turn off System Restore on all drives".
Click E "Apply", and then click F "OK".

Single-click 1 "Start" and point to 2 "All Programs".
Mouse over 3 "Accessories", then "System Tools", and select 4 "System Restore".

In the System Restore wizard, select the box next the text labeled G "Create a restore point" and click the H "Next" button.

Type a description for your new restore point. Something like I "After trojan/spyware cleanup". Click J "Create" and you're done.
