Hey guys, I have Motorola Phone Tools and a Razr V3i. I want to create my own ringtone so I decided to hook up my phone. When I was finished creating my ringtone I clicked "Transfer to Phone", but a message came up saying "Unsupported Format, mp3 codec may be inappropriate or missing." What should I do?

Hi. Is there a special program they gave you to create ringtones with? My thought is that the cell phone does not support MP3, and so you need to make the file a different format, which the phone supports, and then transfer it. Do you have any manuals? The books should tell you how to properly create and transfer ringtones.

Ok, so now I can get a ringtone onto my cell phone, but the one I put on is crappy so I tried deleting it. But now it says error request denied by phone. And when I try to put a different ringtone on the cell phone, it says that processing failed. Can anybody figure this out?
