The email problem is resolved. But I am still getting the same not-a-virus:RemoteAdmin.Win32.WinVNC-based.f. Is there any way to get rid of that?

I found this reference on the Zonealarm forums - It may be a false positive but ZA is the only one that appears to find it

Update your definitions and then boot to safe mode (Press F8 during boot up and select safe mode)
Then perform full scan.

Could you try this and let me know what happens

I rebooted in safe mode, but it wouldn't load zone alarm? I am thinking it is more than likely a false positive-- nothing else has ever popped it up but zone alarm. My AVG always comes up clean.

I must admit that of the 9 references I found 7 were related to ZA and the other 2 were in languages I could not read. I feel a false positive is most likely
