Ran a Hijackthis and it logged the file remaining immediately after removal, had hijackthis fix the error and restart, and the file is no longer present. I've tried adaware, spybot S&D, microsoft antispyware and none have either found or have been to effectively rid me of it except for the sme cr@p download, I hope it works for others out there

I have edited your post because we don not recommend following the link you provided.
It is an uninstaller provided by the same people that spread the malware. And we don not know if it can be trusted.
