recently i've problem with the computer, when turn it on its ok but after a few minutes it's hang (freeze) mouse still can move. i press ctrl+alt+del a box appear and show Msgsrv32(not responding). my computer dont have sound card & modem. not connect to internet but still have this problem . can someone solve this problem for me because it very often happen this msgsrv32(not responding) problem?

Hi, and welcome!

You could try the following things:
Go to Control Panel/Power Options and disable APM completely. Reboot.

If that doesn't do it, try to remove and re-install Dial Up Networking in Software/Windows Setup

It could also possibly be your modem. Remove it in Device Manager, and reinstall it with the most recent driver.
