When I shutdown windows, I get a notice that some file CICERO UI Wnd Frame has failed to shut down, so Windows asks whether I would like to end the task or not. I found this suspicious and can find little mention of it from other sources, so I came here to see if it was anything affecting my system. How can I fix this????
