Hello and thanks in advance for any help.

I have a Dell desktop running Windows Vista. I purchased the computer appox. 1 months ago. It came with Roxio Creator MyDVD 9.0DE already installed on it. They did however, also send me the disc.

The program had been working just fine and then suddenly stopped working. So, what I did first is UNINSTALL the program (which for some reason was really like or individual programs). I did this in Control Panel/Programs and uninstalled that route.

After uninstalling I re-booted my computer. I then took the disc and tried to install it anew. The first thing I received is an error:
The following products are not supported on the current operating system. These products will not be installed: ROXIO CREATOR BDAV PLUGIN. Which makes no sense because it was loaded with the current operating system when I bought it from DELL.

So I still went ahead and reinstalled the program. However, it just will not work now. It keeps erroring and saying do I want to look for a solution to fix the program but never finds the solution and just won't work.

I really need this program so any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!!

ok, there seems to be a "registration" bug with IE7. Since you can't unintall ie7 due to your operating system version, there are some suggestions we can try.

1: right click on the program (roxio) and select Run as Administrator.

2: If that does not work, lets try downloading Firefox and setting it as your default browser.
