EDIT::

I think the problem is I installed ZA Firewall, and its suppose to be compatible with windows 7 but I dont think it is, because its causing my CPU to rise and corrupt downloads.

Thread can be deleted .

I've been monitoring it, and once my CPU hits over 80% my music starts lagging down like its being played in slow motion, and loading images through websites makes my PC slow down even worse.

What is going on here ?

I had the exact same problem a couple of months ago and it turned out to be ZoneAlarm. It's a DPC latency issue... You can observe the whole process of it assaulting your system with DPC Latency Checker.

3Ghz Phenom II with 8 Gigs of RAM and it was all brought to its knees by ZA after 8 or 10 minutes of boot. Choppy cursor, clicking popping audio, unresponsive internet. Frustrating, and worrying until I figured it out!
