Laptop won't start up

I turn my laptop on and I get "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart we'll restart it for you."

when it does this all i get is "Preparing Automatic Repair".

then nothing happens. I've had it on for the past 2 days and sti;; nothing. Help please.

Please do not post inside another members topic, your computer issue/s may appear to be the same but be completely different + your request for assistance may be overlooked as staff and members will check a topic that has yet to receive a reply but they may not if it appears that assistance has already been offered to the OP.

 

This is not a tech assistance sub forum so you need to start a new thread on Hardware, Components and Peripherals here

 

Include in your OP there the model name or number of the Toshiba so that we can do some research which includes establishing the version of Windows that the computer may have shipped with.
