Quick Question: When typing in something like this "RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %windir%\INF\msmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove" are "11", ones, lower case l's or upper case ii's . They look the same
on the keyboard. Want to make sure I am doing it right.

My computer hero just gave me a quick fix. Go to "My Computer". Click "Add & remove programs". On the left their is an icon for "Add remove windows Components". Then go down the list and uncheck "Windows Messenger"
Restart the computer. It worked for me.
