I attempted to convert a .wav file to an .mp3 file with an online converter and now the file won't play at all. I need this recording to transcribe board meeting minutes. Any direction would be helpful as I am clueless on where to go from here.

If you want and advise I would rather choose reliable converter who will play all YT content and let you get all materials in good quality and really fast.  here there is an option to download app for your mobile or browser extensions. If you like nice dark design try this
