Nope that didn't tell me anything.
OK in the event viewer on the left side there should be a Application area. See if there is a entry that matches up there and post the results.

Yep that means it's not a browser issue but a application issue.
Just to backup a second to earlier. Is your shockwave and flash both the most current versions?

OK at this point I suggest uninstall both Flash and Shockwave and get only the newest versions. I have a sneaking suspicion the newest Shockwave is the issue.
