Most of the errors are related to KB2875783 please try to download and install again the KB2875783 update

After the update restart then run System Update Readiness tool (Checksur.exe) again and attach the new log.

redownloaded the KB2875783 package, tried to run it (failed again), restarted, and ran checksur, log attached.

• Can you uninstall KB2875783?
• restart
• open the command prompt as Administrator and type the following commands one by one:
  

  pkgmgr /UP:Package_2_for_KB2875783~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.1.3
  pkgmgr /UP:Package_for_KB2875783_SP1~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.1.3
  pkgmgr /UP:Package_for_KB2875783~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.1.3
  

• try to install the update again
• run a new scan with the System Update Readiness tool and post the log
