I'm sure that others will chime in with some good suggestions, however here are my 3...

 

1 Perseverance

2 More perseverance

3 Even more perseverance.

 

That may seem a little odd, and folks often overlook that talent, education, knowledge, skills, training and all the technical "know how" in the world may not be enough... they have to be followed through and that takes a lot of ....Yes you're guessed it,   Perseverance!
