PE log does not show anything particular but you are still running junk programs like driver booster etc, get rid of these types of programs as a starting point.

From my reply #8

Colleague terry1966 was kind enough to advise me via PM that you have two different brand and spec of RAM and that it is not running at the maximum speed of the slowest RAM, did your problems start when you added the second stick of RAM.

Can you answer this for us please.

Polite reminder

Tip

Please avoid adding multiple posts while waiting for us to reply to your last post, edit your last post to include anything that you wish to add, this will ensure nothing gets overlooked which can sometimes happen if a thread has more than one page.

no problems happened when i added the  second stick of RAM. and mhm what does this "Colleague terry1966 was kind enough to advise me via PM that you have two different brand and spec of RAM and that it is not running at the maximum speed of the slowest RAM" mean?

Also this was the first latencymon result when i made the thread :https://gyazo.com/e8...955ef54acf9cdee

Now when i did it after not installing amd and not updating audo devices, this is the result

Current measured interrupt to process latency jumps to 20-60 and then every second goes from 20 to like 20k

On latencymon it says you might have real time audio issues that causes the cpu(latency) throttling, but when i disable the audio the results remain the same.

Oh thanks for reminding me about the "editing"

Speccy shows the following information regarding your RAM;

Memory

Type: DDR3
Size: 8192 MBytes
Channels #: Dual
DRAM Frequency: 534.5 MHz
CAS# Latency (CL): 7 clocks
RAS# to CAS# Delay (tRCD): 7 clocks
RAS# Precharge (tRP): 7 clocks
Cycle Time (tRAS): 20 clocks
Bank Cycle Time (tRC): 27 clocks
Command Rate (CR): 1T
Physical Memory

Slot #1
Type: DDR3
Size: 4096 MBytes
Manufacturer: Micron Technology
Max Bandwidth: PC3-12800 (800 MHz)
Part Number: 8JTF51264AZ-1G6E1
Serial Number: 984048176
Week/year: 14 / 13

Slot #2
Type: DDR3
Size: 4096 MBytes
Manufacturer: Kingston
Max Bandwidth: PC3-10700 (667 MHz)
Part Number: 99U5471-012.A00LF
Serial Number: 1597023224
Week/year: 38 / 11

Your MB specs here say that it can handle up to 1600MHz DDR3 RAM but anything faster than 1333MHz needs to be overclocked before it will run at that speed, problem is that your CPU specs here say that it cannot handle RAM faster than 1066MHz, reason why I asked if the problem had started after adding the second stick of RAM was in case there was an issue with having three different specs of hardware in the MB.

What I suggest you do, restore the MBs default settings in the BIOS, restart the computer to again access the BIOS, check that the time and date are still correct.

Uninstall the driver booster and Latency Mon programs, check the memory usage in Task Manager and make a note of anything shown to be hogging your RAM.

When you post back, please advise how checking the computer for malware went, we don`t want to be trying to fix something that needs the help of the security experts on the malware removal forums.

My computer is clean like a newly born baby - wanted to make a joke(sorry) - No malware

- memory hog

- 91cpu, i don't know if it's normal. Just thought i'd post this , sorry!

/- this one too, just incase!

Nb: Also sorry for bothering with the threads and pms on the weekend!

Also: - slither.io (I'm at school, sorta like"home" and it have like 25mbs internet,so there is like 100% no lag. And yet everytime my screen frozes on the screen as the "snail" and when it unfreezes it speeds up insanely fast ! (Thought this is some good information too!)

Please only use the method below for providing screenshots Norman123xx, I am sure that it was not your intention to include such information but there was content at those links not in with keeping with a family friendly computer support site.

To capture and post a screenshot;

Click on the ALT key + PRT SCR key..its on the top row..right hand side..now click on start...all programs...accessories...paint....left click in the white area ...press CTRL + V...click on file...click on save...save it to your desktop...name it something related to the screen your capturing... BE SURE TO SAVE IT AS A .JPG ...otherwise it may be to big to upload... Click on the More Reply Options tab then after typing in any response you have... click on Choose File...desktop...find the screenshot..select it and click on Attach This File...on the lower left...after it says upload successful...click on add reply like you normally would.

Screenshot instructions are provided to assist those that may read this topic but are not yet aware of the “how to”.

prt scr )key does not work for me, i chose paint and did what you said and it only gave me the picture of my browser... (._. i guess i'm too dumb)

After all these guides you've given to me, i don't see anything hogging my system, (memory) "quote" you made me loose a lot of memory hogging ,thanks for that! :D

chrome is around 300k memory and the others are below 100k.

system idle sometimes jumps to 99% cpu but i think it's normal and is actually like 20% cpu ?

There is also something that jumps to 40 % cpu sometimes but i can't capture it, it goes to like 40 and quickly back to like 0 or 1 in less than like 0.70 seconds...

I think we might find the problem if i play something and then check the taskmanager? Or i need something that records my taskmanager stats while i move in the game and get the best of the results?

NB:Sorry for the bad pictures! i did not notice the "bad stuff"

PS: Sorry for the multipost again, it was an accident!

Also i have these errors like every hour(i had  A LOT MORE starting this thread, but now not that much anymore):

1:Session "Microsoft-Windows-Setup" stopped due to the following error: 0xC000000D

2:The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load:

cdrom - i think it's because it disabled it.

3:The Application Host Helper Service encountered an error trying to access the root history directory 'C:\inetpub\history'.  The directory either doesn't exist or the permissions on it don't allow the history service to access it. The config history feature is disabled for now and will be re-enabled after the issue is resolved. To resolve this issue, please ensure that the directory exists and that the Administrators group have read and write access to it.  The data field contains the error number.

4:ATI EEU Client event error

Sorry for not making any screenshots,i'm afraid to make another mistake, thought i know making you read manualy from here is not the best option also.

I also wish that in the future this website would add an delete post option by the user who made this or for a custom support person like you.

I did find something! PathOfExile.exe(game) takes 1.2m memory, with just a click, does'nt even take a second - (a little side note,i disagree that it's spelled "doesn't",it seems just wrong,sorry :D!
everything is smooth and all with max graphics but it keeps freezing.(zomg._.) max graphics should be no problem because my fps is high,i'm already forcing it to 50fps because when i had over 90 fps it gave me too much lag.(i don't know how this makes sense) The results are same on low graphics too. I'm trying to move and check the taskmanager while doing that
well memory is at 2m now on path of exile, and it takes 60cpu and that is not normal, it should take around 20-34 not 60. the strangest thing is that it goes from 20 to 60 every second, just changing, i assume it is called"cpu throttling". Latency should jump from around 40-300 too, but instead it jumps from 200-600 all the time.Thought everyone knows poe is badly optimized/performed and causes stuttering, but i did'nt have this kind of problems because, that's why i pointed it out :D. Also the same problem goes with "Trove" too, you could even play it on windows xp if you wanted, and no lag :D(idk tho) so basically all games lag spike for me with insane latency.
The thing that freaks me out the moste is that latencymon says this all comes from audio buffering, but i always play with audio disabled(99% of the time.Ever since i started having these problems)

Are you pressing both the Alt and Prt Scr keys to capture the screen shot, the Alt key is on the bottom row of keys to the left of the space bar and the Prt Scr is top row, third key in from the right, screenshots are easier for both of us to read and using the attachment method that I provided avoids us needing to visit third party upload sites.

The other issues we need to deal with separately as they are not related and so going off topic.

The thing that freaks me out the moste is that latencymon

Forget Latency Mon, it is not the be all of end all and is causing you undue distress, with our help you can hopefully resolve any remaining issues without using any third party programs that we would not use here.

I also wish that in the future this website would add an delete post option by the user who made this or for a custom support person like you.

Not going to happen I`m afraid, the facility is only available to staff with upper moderator privileges, there are various reasons for this but for now all you need know is that deleting a thread or post involves more than just pressing the delete key and the information is gone, the information may disappear off the board but that is not the end of it  only a more senior member of staff can actually delete a thread or post and just like your desktop there is a recycle bin to which the information is sent, imagine what would happen if just anyone could send content to the forum recycle bin

Change of approach is needed then, download and run Autoruns, save the results then upload the log for us, see here

1: Extract the Autoruns Zip file contents to a folder.

2: Double-click the "Autoruns.exe".

3: Click on the "Hide Signed Microsoft and Windows Entries” option.

4: Go to File then to Export As or Save in some versions.

5: Save AutoRuns.txt file to known location like your Desktop > when you click on File > Save you will then get the option to Save as type, click the drop down tab, change it to Text and then click the Save button.

6: Attach to your next reply.

I have suggested a couple of times that you uninstall this junk, while we are troubleshooting please do so, totally up to you if you reinstall it when we are done but expect to end up with issues again.

For some reason your earlier Speccy link is not working, have you deleted it at source by any chance, reason why I needed to check it was because I seem to recall that Eset was shown to be your AV protection while Autoruns shows that you have Avast installed, if the latter is correct use the Avast uninstaller tool to remove it (including the Avast SafeZone browser which you probably never new existed) avastclear download here

Not heard back from you Norman123xx, do you still require assistance or is the issue now resolved, an update would be appreciated.
