But The worst is that i think its missing drivers Should i upgrade to win 10 and just look for drivers afterwards? Is there any programs to auto install programs/drivers necessary to run correctly? Yea i am a cpu noob but i can do a few things lol. I appreciate any help.

The build is pretty good, but you missed out the Motherboard.   It may be up to six years old and possible never been cleaned internally and maybe suffering heat issues.

Precautions, whenever you work on the rig.   Turn off the PSU and press the case start button for ten seconds.   Before working inside the case, briefly touch a metal part, like the chassis or PSU casing, this to discharge any static in your body.

Remove both sides of the case and give the inside a good clean.   Check that there are no loose connections.

leave the sides off and run it to see if better performance, then report back.

Was a clean install of windows and Office done before you got the computer?

Do you have the OS installation Medea and the Product Key?

Have you got the MB driver disk?

Does the computer need a clean?

According to the builder everything was just installed new just before i bought it. But he is into computers for work and builds them on the side to sell so who knows. I do not have any discs foe the computer at all, just the windows sticker for the windows 7. However i am going o upgrade to win 10 after i get my modem moved so i can get onto the internet with it. (never had internet where i couldn't move my modem stupid cox internet)

From your first post, "anyways it kinda has fits. Problems starting up and shutting off. Sometimes freezes and needs restarted. But The worst is that i think its missing drivers Should i upgrade to win 10 and just look for drivers afterwards?"   As I said, the parts are good, but being they are older tech, PSU, 2008; CPU MB, 2009; GPU, 2010, led me to believe it was second hand.   Also noe your parts list links don't work or toproducts not available.

If the builder claims new parts were used, you should have the warrantys and manuals for them, also any driver disks.   If an OEM version of the OS was used, you should have the installation disk.   If he is using a ?Volume licence for installation, he should supply you with Recovery disks.   Did he give you a warranty?   A new computer should not have problems.

You should not now make any alterations but take it back and ask that it be fixed.

It is not a new computer. He just threw it together from random parts he had. He claimed he had some discs for everything but i didn't get any of it.I know its all older stuff. I was going to build my own computer on a 500$ budget but i seen this one for 300$ and couldn't pass it up.

OK, thanks for the clarification.

Possible the RAM is the issue as it may not be a kit, but odd ones, not clear from your parts list.   Need to know the exact brand and model of each stick.

Take the safety steps.

Remove both sticks and write down the info, then post it.
