Unknown tech Hardware Camera Help identify

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum, but I found this piece of hardware/tech in my house and am trying to figure out what it is. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Pics attached.

If you search with Google for  "mid#2720716" (with quotes) and then look at images you will see products from Sakar International with this same number.  One of the things they make is a drone and since this looks like it has a camera lens I'm guessing it's the camera from a drone.
