Accidentally deleted Outlook folder along with PST files inside. Never found it. How to recover?

You could try Recuva. However, if any part of the PST file(s) have been overwritten, it won't work.
For future reference, the easiest solution to this kind of problem is Macrium Reflect Free. At least monthly backups.

Go for a professional data recovery tool which can recover your system data first.
