Hi Phil:
I hope you don't mind me asking you something off topic - I posted a problem in Virus, Spyware, Malware Removal
seven days ago. I got no replies, so I put it in The Waiting Room. I have no replies so far. I looked at the most recent posts in The Waiting Room to see if they got replies in The Waiting Room or in their original topic, which they provided the link for. Some topics I checked have been in The Waiting Room for a couple weeks. They don't have replies in either place. I am concerned that I will also get no reply. Do you know what's going on? Do you think someone from Geekstogo will help me?
Thanks.
@wayneman50
I hope Phill will forgive me for responding in the topic here.
When you posted your topic over in the Virus and spyware removal forum, for some reason you then posted a series of follow up posts that looked like "replies".
This gives the impression to any malware removal specialist that you are already being helped in your topic, so it's a likely reason why they pass it by (as they will often, first search for topics with no reply.
You may not have intended this, but that's how it looks to me, so it's recommended that folks who post a topic in the Virus and Spyware removal forum refrain from making a follow up post UNTIL they have received a reply from a malware removal specialist.
By following this advice folks stand a better chance of receiving a timely reply.
Let's hope that Phill or one of his colleagues will take a look at your topic and advise accordingly

I couldn't post the requested Addition and FRST texts all in one post because I got a Wordfence error. What do you suggest I do at this point?
Thanks.
You could wait and see if Phill or one of his malware removal colleagues responds, if not I would suggest another post in the "waiting room"
