Hello, 7 months ago i had a great life and a growing business today i face ruin and a total loss of everything my now ex fiance and i do believe a ring of hackers from Europe have made a total mess of my life. I have 1000s of files and pictures many with coded messages in them that i am trying to make sense of. This ring i do believe have found away of manipulating the Banking system into approving loans currently i am receiving over 100 plus loan enquiries a day alot of the files have come from England and France also my security camera footage has been tampered with bu using bots . i live in a very smal;l town in North Carolina USA with a police force of 6 who have no clue about computers. I am looking for someone that could help me put a package together that i can take to the next level and make someone listen to what is going on. Not to be to dramatic but i do fear a little on my own safety. If there is someone from LAw Enforcement reading this that could help even better
