Hi,

 

I'm looking for the Best way / software/ language to Transform .xls, .csv, or .xml Data to a Relational Format.

 

The main example is from http://www.thetakeov...isclosure-tablethey have options for .xls, .csv, or .xml 

 

I am wondering which one is best to store and load to raw (speed/ space/ etc.) and also which format is the best to transform to a Relational Format in any cloud DB.
