I just factory reset my sons ps3, now when I plug controller into console with USB cord, I press ps button and nothing happens

Hello,

Have you tried another usb slot? Just in case never know.. wait is there another usb slot ?

Hi Zep, yes I tried both. Still nothing. Ive tried to reset with the pin in the back as well. Its so strange because everything was working fine, until I reset it 😒
