Have you done the following?

  • Select the tab More options.
  • Under the title System Restore and Shadow Copies, press Clean up.
  • Press Delete and OK if you are asked to.

In the Search area type System Restore and then press Enter. In the window that will open, choose Configure. Press the Delete button and then OK.

After that, run the following FRST fix again

Start::
SystemRestore: On
CreateRestorePoint:
End::

Post the fixlog.txt in your next reply.

Question:

When you pressed the Configure button, was the option Turn on system protection? Can you please re-check this?

A new restore point has been created, however I am not sure if the previous points are deleted.

Let's move to the next step, and I'll return to that afterwards.

You are still running version 21H1 which is a critical upgrade behind. I suggest to go for a repair upgrade, so you can not only upgrade the operating system, but also fix any possible corruptions/errors. To do that, please follow the instructions given here: How to run In-place upgrade in Windows 11 - Microsoft Community

Let me know if you have any questions.

I was going to download the upgrade but it requires 9gb of available space and I only have 3.5gb of available HD space. Let me do a file dump of all the media on here and then I'll get back to the upgrade.

When we started this procedure, you had 5,75 GB free. Now we cleaned the disk you have 3,5? This is strange. Of course, it is true that your disk capacity is very limited.

Free what you can (you can save large files in an external) and after that let me check fresh FRST logs.
