OK. Maybe the top driver isn't the correct one on your PC. Is there a second Intel driver under audio? Try it on that one.
OK. See what date and version you have for the Realtek. Realtek has had a lot of problems keeping up with the Windows updates.
Realtek: Date: 3/1/23 Version: 6.0.9486.1

Which one am I disabling?

I ran the updater program. It said I had 3 critical updates so I ran them all.
Any change? Did the updates include the Audio?
The realtek driver was one of the updates. I listened some music after the update and it seemed fine.
Any problems left?
So far so good. Lets give it till the end of the weekend and if its good we can close it up.
Havent had any issues since we started working. What is the safest way of removing all the things I installed?
