How can I change the default save location from One Drive to a local drive?

Hi. 

 

Right click on the white cloud on the taskbar and choose Settings.

 

Make sure to select the Account tab from the menu at the left. 

 

Click on Choose folders.

 

There, you can un-tick the folders you don't want to be saved in OneDrive. 

 

 

EDIT: The above applies when you have OneDrive app installed. Your title says Microsoft 365 Online, so if you just use the online version, I don't think that you can change the save location, unless you download a file and save it locally. 

 

More details are needed, so we can assist you.
