Hi,

 

Until today the UPS, UPSmart 2000R ver 1.9, has been sitting along side the computer and apart from a few times switching off due to Power. or Storms.

 

Today it sent a popup to the screen and I have attached it.

 

What do I do?

Have you tried another USB port?

What is the OS you are running? I ask because the manual shows it good up to Windows 8.
