Sorry it took so long, but I finally got around to trying to reinstalling Outlook, and when I did, it didn't work. I tried repairing and reinstalling it.

Can you post where the Panda entries are
Outlook is the only Office programme which has stored data, you may be quicker removing Office, using the windows installer clean up utility for the Office installation files, running disc clean up and Tune Up then using the complete install, run all from computer option when you re-install Office, leave the Office installation files on the computer

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Panda Software
Then under that there is..
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Panda Software\Firewall
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Panda Software\Panda Antivirus Lite
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Panda Software\Panda Network Manager
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Panda Software\PavShld
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Panda Software\Preventium+
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Panda Software\TruPrevent
And can you better explain your above instructions...I got a little lost in what exactly you were saying.

If you left click the Panda folder, click delete, they should all go
It may be quicker to uninstall Office completely

Right clicking and deleting didn't work. We've tried that before, thats why we tried all that other stuff with the other programs.
